I, too, remember that in the immediate aftermath I did almost everything with fear: taking mass transit, attend a Yankees game, even just sit at my desk at a high-rise building in Midtown. After a while, though, fear gave way to fearlessness. I remember deciding to grab the trapeze bar and swing out 40-feet above the ground after thinking, "Go for it!
